WG has never had the reputation of clearly stating which mods are legal and which are illegal in the PC version. Even the mods that do not change how the game is played are questionable because of the necessity to alter the game software itself. WG never intended for Blitz to be modded otherwise they would have added the MOD file folder. To make a MOD you have to directly edit or replace DVPL game files. In WOT Blitz there is no MOD folder of any type provided. WG has tightened up on cheating over the past 11 years but the opportunity is still there. You can add both legal and illegal mods to those folders. In WOT PC there are two file folders, MODS and Res-Mods, that are provided specifically for user made mods to the game. You have several versions of World of Tanks but let's just stick with WOT PC and WOT Blitz.
